The Pet Sacrifice system allows players to convert unwanted pets into Soulbrew ÔÇö a consumable item used to increase the Growth Rate (GR) of other pets.
This provides an alternative to rerolling Growth Rate using SoMoon, and is generally considered a more efficient method for reaching maximum GR.
To sacrifice a pet, follow these steps carefully:
Rename the pet you want to sacrifice to: Sacrifice
- Not case-sensitive
- This step is mandatory
- If the pet is not named correctly, the statue will not recognize it
Travel to Ashes Pit 4, where the sacrifice statue is located.
- Make sure the pet named Sacrifice is in your active pet lineup
- Talk to the Hell Patron inside Ashes Pit 4
The statue will:
- consume (destroy) the pet
- grant Soulbrew in return
After sacrificing a pet, you receive Soulbrew (also referred to as juice).
Soulbrew can be:
- used on any pet not yet at maximum Growth Rate
- consumed to incrementally increase GR
If a pet has:
- Maximum GR: 1.200
- Current GR: 1.194
You can use 6 Soulbrews to raise it to 1.200.
- Each sacrificed pet grants a fixed amount of Soulbrew
- The exact amount may depend on pet type (to be documented)
- Faster than rerolling GR with SoMoon
- Converts duplicate or unwanted pets into meaningful progression
- Efficient path to max Growth Rate on valuable pets
- Sacrificed pets are permanently destroyed
- The target pet must not already be at max GR
- Growth Rate mechanics beyond this process are not fully documented yet
