The Stonesmith quest is a highly valuable, repeatable progression quest used extensively throughout the early and mid game.
It remains effective until level 66, after which the Stonesmith can no longer grant character experience.
Due to the strength of its rewards, this quest is commonly repeated many times during early progression.
- Reputation is granted the first time the quest is completed
- NPC: Stonesmith
- Location: Woodlingor
- Coordinates: (455, 155)
- Talk to the Stonesmith in Woodlingor.
- He will assign you a target area and a specific quest item to collect.
- Travel to the designated area.
- Kill monsters in that area until the quest item drops.
- Repeat until you have collected 8 copies of the required item.
- Return to the Stonesmith to complete the quest.
Upon turning in the quest, you may choose one of the following rewards:
- Full character level-up
- 375 Skill EXP to all skills simultaneously
- 15 Quest Points
Both rewards are extremely valuable, especially in the early game.
- The quest can be repeated as normal up to level 66
- After level 66:
- The Stonesmith no longer grants character EXP
- Skill EXP rewards may still be relevant
- After reaching 3000 skill EXP, Stonesmith will no longer give EXP in that specific skill
The Stonesmith assigns different items and locations depending on character level.
